Why Should Tourism Be Encourage

Civil War ...

This morning, I saw Barbara Brackman had already published its fifth block ... and is the first thing I began to do in this Sunday's I've taken over some room to sew it and some other things these days I'll show you.

discovered a couple of weeks he had begun a sort of SAL in a new blog who had opened for it, and I loved the idea.
took days looking at books about quilts made with this type of blocks, with these fabrics ... and I was thrilled to have a dedicated space to teach the completion of each block and also the history of each.
Many of you already may have seen on blogs of colleagues who also are doing ...

The first thing we taught was " Catch Me If You Can", is what you see in the image above.

The second, the well-known "North Star" ...

Next, "Seven Sisters" seven stars that expect us to finish the scallops ...

The fourth section, "Texas Tears " ...
And the fifth, which I taught at first ... " Kansas Trouble."

much work I'm enjoying this type of blocks, and fabrics used in other works never mingle ...
are large right
addition, they measure 8 ". And we will need 56 blocks to complete the quilt.

At home I had some fabric B. Brackman, who usually play tissues of the Civil War, and certainly just left his new collection Civil War Reunion I loved just saw!

I would like to combine with similar views, although not specific to Civil War, is cool go me using these Telitas that we always kept waiting for projects of this style ...

Hope you liked it. .. you urge?

Sewing the festoon of stars I wish you a happy start to the week ...

THANKS for being there ...
